Grand Cantalagua Hotel Morelia, BW Signature Collection, Morelia

The hotel rooms were clean and very comfortable, with lovely pillows and beds, but the language barrier with the front desk staff was a challenge. The location was not as close to the Centro Histórico as expected, but it offered a cozy atmosphere with evening music and plenty of nearby restaurants. The dining experience was fantastic with lots of choices and courteous staff, although lacking in vegetarian options for breakfast.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean with lovely views, although they faced the sun sometimes and got a bit hot. The service was friendly overall, although a bit stressed during busy times. The location was convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby, although not as close to the historical downtown as expected. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement in vegetarian options and quality. Overall, a good value for the money.

My stay at the hotel was just what we needed at the moment. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, providing the perfect level of comfort. However, the lack of special adaptations was noticeable and didn't fully meet my needs. The service, although with very little English spoken, went above and beyond for my blind mother, which was truly appreciated. The location was good and close to most places, with a mall across the street, but the nearby area was not as appealing due to some incompetent staff. The dining experience, while good, was not outstanding and slightly expensive. Overall, it was a decent stay with its ups and downs.
